Area Engineering, Inc. (AREA) is a certified 8(a) and SBE/MBE/DBE consulting engineering firm offering professional engineering services for work related to the design and construction of transportation infrastructure, buildings and facilities projects. AREA works closely with a wide range of agencies to ensure successful completion of assignments, while working in coordination with all members of the project team. Often contending with tight deadlines, budget constraints, and challenging site conditions, our engineers specialize in providing our clients with quality, responsiveness, innovation, value and constructible designs.

Founded in 2002, Area Engineering was given full ownership to Nadeem Khadbai in 2013. The company has progressed since then, with a range of 5-10 current full and part time employees. Our firm is now recognized by many consultant engineering firms and agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, NYSDOT, PENNDOT, NYCDDC and many counties within the state of New Jersey.
