Construction Engineering and Inspections Services for the operations and roadway improvements for a 1.6-mile section of the South Orange Avenue. AREA was a part of the KSE team and provided a full-time office manager and inspector for over 18 months for this project. Responsibilities included preparation and processing of project related files and correspondences, supervision/inspection to ensure work has been done as per contract plans, preparation of monthly, weekly, and annual reports/ presentations for the county, close out of the project and interaction with various agencies and utility companies. (2014-2016)
