AREA worked as a sub-consultant to KS Engineers, P.C and provided construction inspection services for the 2019 CDBG Roadway Resurfacing Program for various roadways in Essex County. Our firm provided a construction inspector for this project which required milling, paving, temporary and permanent stripping, construction of sidewalks, concrete curb, concrete pedestrian corners, catch basins, repair/reset of inlets and manholes and installation of detectable warning surfaces for various Essex County roadways.
